Terms and Conditions for Signing Up to a Baseball Event

1. Eligibility: Participants must meet the age and skill level requirements specified for the event. Proof of age and identity may be required.

2. Registration: All participants must complete the registration form and submit any required documentation, such as the Hold Harmless and CHSEF forms, by the specified deadline.

3. Fees: Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

4. Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Please ensure that your payment method is valid at the time of registration to avoid any delays.

5. SMS Invoices: By registering for this event, you agree to receive invoices and payment reminders via SMS. Standard messaging rates may apply.

6. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect all coaches, officials, and fellow participants, and adhere to the rules and guidelines of the event.

7. Health and Safety: Participants must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of registration. The organizers reserve the right to deny participation if it is deemed unsafe for the participant or others.

8. Liability: By signing up for the event, participants (or their guardians) agree to release the organizers, coaches, and associated entities from any liability for injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

9. Photographs and Media: Participants consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please notify the organizers in writing before the event.

10. Cancellations and Changes: The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

11. Compliance: Participants must comply with all local health and safety regulations, including any COVID-19 guidelines in place at the time of the event.

12. Disqualification: The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior.
